1. How much does it cost to rent?     We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible, however they are subject to change at anytime. Please call 248-761-jump (5867), for our updated price listing.

2. Are your inflatables safe?    YES! There is nothing more important to us than your safety. In addition to cleaning, we also trouble shoot all the equipment before it goes out. Our units are not left outside over night, thus keeping them in great working order. Our team is trained in the safe stabilization placement of your unit. In addition, we review all safety rules with you prior to use so that we can promote safe use of our products to ensure your day is filled with fun.

3. Do you have insurance?   YES! We have an insurance policy, which covers you in the event of injury due to our gross negligence or malfunction of our equipment. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility, please read your rental agreement before signing.

4. Is the equipment cleaned?     Yes, all units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your little bouncers have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check all of our equipment before it goes out to another client. This way you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean, and in good working order.

5. How early should I book a moonwalk unit?     The earlier the better, as during the summer months our units book up quickly. With no deposit, and no cancellation fee, there's no reason not to reserve today.

6. What size moonwalks do you have?     We have an assortment of sizes that include 8x8x6, 13x13x14, or 15x15x16. We feel it is important to accommodate all size parties whether it is a party of 2 to 100 children or a corporate event.

7. How many children can fit into a unit?     Generally speaking, between 4 and 15 children at one time. This really depends on the size of the moonwalk unit and the size of the bouncers.

8. What does the rental price include?    There are no hidden fees. Our rental price include the unit for allotted time, sales tax (as required by the state), the delivery (within 25 miles) from one of our two delivery sites, and the setting up/ taking down of our units.

9. Do you require a deposit?     No we try to run our business the way we would like to be treated, all that we ask is that you notify us as soon as possible when you become aware of your need to cancel.

10. What forms of payment do you except?    We offer flexibility in payment methods, which include cash, local check, travelers check, money order or even Paypal.

11. Do we pay upon delivery or after the unit is picked up?     You will be paying upon the delivery of the unit, unless additional charges such as repair services or replacement costs apply.

12. What happens if I decide to cancel?     As long as you cancel before our delivery team is in route to your location there will not be a fee. However, you will be required to pay the agreed fee if the team is in route. Keep in mind that if you make a long-term reservation we will be contacting you to confirm and remind you about the reservations.

13. What happens in the event of rain/bad weather?   One of the biggest challenges in our business is the weather. We all know too well the roller coaster type weather we have here in our area. In the event of uncooperative weather before the scheduled delivery we will call and ask if you still want the unit, or if you would like to cancel at that time. We offer our clients the choice of a full MONEY BACK Guarantee or a credit towards a future rental. We also offer what we call a Percentage Guarantee. In cases where a moonwalk/unit is delivered and used for a portion of the day, but not the whole day due to sudden bad weather, we will modify the bill to reflect the percentage of usage the client feel they got.
To help remedy this problem you might want to keep an alternative sheltered location in mind. If it starts to rain after the unit is set up and kids are jumping we ask that you tell the kids to exit the unit and wait the rain out or call us. Even with the roofs, we prefer to keep the kids out as the units can get slippery when wet. When the rain stops, just wipe down the unit with a towel. For current or future weather conditions, see below!!!

14. Can you set up indoors, on driveways, or on a slope?     Yes to all of these. As long as you have the desired clearance of the unit you have chosen, we will have tarps, sandbags, and metal clamps to secure the unit in a safe position. A slight slope is no problem we can securely fasten the unit with the entrance at the top of the slope.

15. Does it get hot inside the inflatable unit if it is hot outside?     No, with the high power blower circulating the air in a constant flow and with convertible roofing there is plenty of new refreshing air being moved.

16. How much electricity does the unit use?     Our units use a standard 110-volt household outlet. That means the standard blow dryer will use more energy than our inflatable units. We also have generators for rent if you are concerned about your household outlets, or have a park location without electricity.
